Pone el sake en el contexto de los gustos japoneses en bebidas alcohólicas, describiendo maridajes de diferentes platos, criticando en qué le parece que el vino es inferior al sake... No sé si el panorama comercial que describe está obsoleto porque se escribió en los 90, pero resulta muy educativo.
