4,5 estrellas. Particularmente me ha gustado mucho que el modelo esté orientado al lenguaje empleado, creí que además el libro se entiende muy bien (más allá de algún ejemplo muy de cultura pop americana), y tiene varios consejos que quiero poner en práctica. El concepto de triada me parece genial
