[ESP] El copyright nació como una legislación consecuencialista en un periodo tecnocientífico concreto. Incluso entonces era, aún así, debatible si no se trataba, de facto, de una medida destinada a proteger a los ricos libreros londinenses de la competencia - el Estado protegiendo al rico del pobre como dijo Adam Smith. Hoy es indudable que el desarrollo tecnocientifico hace innecesario el copyright como que este sólo sirve para mantener las estructuras de poder económico por el pergreñadas. Es hora de abolirlo.
