A diferencia de otros libros, éste no lo recomendaría a nadie que no estuviera estudiando la asignatura en la UNED :-)

Los primeros cuatro capítulos se hacen bastante "pesados", no sólo por la materia en sí sino también por el estilo (no son demasiado pedagógicos desde mi punto de vista). A partir del quinto capítulo está mejor, más "aterrizado", más didáctico y "comprensible"...

Aunque en general es un poco tostón (el tema es "áspero" ya por sí mismo), tiene unos cuantos puntos muy interesantes aplicables a otros contextos fuera de la Psicología.

De todos modos, no recomendable para gente que no esté estudiando la carrera ^___^

I guess I should have read this when I was 14 years old... being 44 right now, it didn't bring to me anything new... :-/

AMAZING book.

It was really an unexpected surprise: I wanted to read it for a long time since I've been a big fan of pair programming and I suspect that mob might be "even better".
I felt too lazy though to read it, until recently: we started as a new team doing mob during the first weeks, so I felt a special motivation to do it.

What I loved about this book is that it goes far beyond of the surface: since everything is connected, it touches all the different pieces that somehow affect and are affected by the level of collaboration when we work.

A special mention to the chapter with cost analysis (to take with a pinch of salt anyway) and the one with the personal experience of an introvert in the context of a continuous mob team.
