Great book! I love the Nac Mac Feegle. Their way of seeing the world and how they not understand big chops is hilarious. The book gets a bit weird in the end, but I still would recommend it.
Tal vez mi entrega menos favorita del Mundodisco hasta el momento posiblemente en buena medida porque es una novela que no pone nada fácil el traducirla. En la versión en español optan por hacer hablar a los Nac Mac Feegles en una especie de asturiano con toques gallegos que me sacaba constantemente de la historia. Y no creo que sea una mala decisión de traducción, simplemente me parece que no había solución buena. En general las novelas del Mundodisco más orientadas a un público juvenil las disfruto menos y esta no ha sido una excepción. Pero aun así sigue siendo una novela de Pratchett (#speakHisName) que siempre te deja una sensación calentita por dentro y te reconcilia un poco con el mundo.
Fun witchy adventure. Loved the humor and the mythology mixed with fairy tales.
I might just be a shallow person, but I enjoyed the earlier, more Feegle-heavy parts of this book the most. In the later interactions with the Queen of Fae, I had the uncomfortable impression Pratchett had one or more serious points about psychological abuse.

Eit sitat om bokas heltinne er: «She’d read the dictionary all the way through. No one told her you weren’t supposed to.», som minner meg då eg fekk barneleksikon til bursdag, og kunne opplyse om at eg hadde lest dei ferdig to veker etterpå.
Eg har forsøkt meg på ulike inngangar i Discworld-serien, likt nokre og falt av andre, men det er først her eg har følt meg heime.
Volví a Pratchett como siempre, con muchas ganas. Es mi autor puerto: si tengo un bloqueo lector, si no sé qué leer, incluso si estoy desganada con la lectura, nunca me falla. Aunque tengo otras sagas empezadas, me apeteció empezar la saga de Tiffany Dolorido después de jugar al juego de mesa de Las brujas de Mundodisco. Se trata de una saga dirigida a un público infantil-juvenil. En el primero de los libros, Los pequeños hombres libres, se nos presenta a la protagonista de la saga, Tiffany Dolorido, una niña de 9 años que vive en Caliza, que es obediente, responsable, pero también curiosa y un tanto especial... Bueno, bastante especial: Tiffany va a descubrir que es una bruja y lo va a descubrir por las bravas, enfrentándose a grandes peligros. Por suerte va a contar con la colaboración de los Pequeños Hombres Libres.
