When a strange man named Vaati turns Princess Zelda to stone because she cannot give him the missing Light Force, Link must find the pieces of the Picori Blade and get them reforged before Vaati does in order to save his friend.

El hechizo de Vaati ha convertido en estatua de piedra a la princesa Zelda. Link parte de viaje en busca de los minish que viven en el Bosque Minish, para descubrir cómo romper el hechizo.
